1The Board is in receipt of an intervention filed by the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 353 (“IBEW”).
2Both the IBEW and its counsel are to be added to the list of addressees in this application. Copies of all documents and correspondence forwarded from the Board are to be forwarded to the intervenor and its counsel. If they have not already done so, the applicant and the responding party shall deliver documents previously filed with the Board to counsel for the intervenor.
