1By letter dated May 17, 2001 the applicant has requested that its application for certification be withdrawn. However on May 11, 2001 the applicant signed the Certification Worksheet wherein it agreed that the application would be dismissed. This is a situation where the vote has been held and counted. That Worksheet makes clear that the parties are bound by the agreements made and set out in that report.
