The Board is in receipt of correspondence dated May 16, 2001 from the applicant asking that the Board issue a direction under section 43(2) that a first collective agreement be settled by arbitration in view of the responding party’s consent to same.
The Board directs the responding party to confirm whether or not it does, in fact, consent to such a direction within two (2) days from the date of this decision.
