The Board pursuant to section 111(2)(f) and (g) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 hereby authorizes a Labour Relations Officer to enter the premises where work is being or has been done by employees affected by this application and post a copy of the Application and Notice of Vote and Hearing together with the Board’s decision dated October 5, 2001 directing a vote.
