DECISION OF THE BOARD; June 8, 2001
- The Board by decision in this matter dated May 22, 2001 certified the applicant for the following bargaining unit:
all journeymen electricians and electricians’ apprentices in the employ of Lockhart Electric (Sarnia) Ltd. in all sectors of the construction industry in the County of Lambton, save and except non-working foremen and persons above the rank of non-working foreman.
It has come to the Board’s attention that the certificate issued by the Board incorrectly described that bargaining unit.
The Board is therefore issuing a revised certificate with the correct bargaining unit description. The parties are directed to return the earlier certificate issued by the Board in this matter for cancellation.
