A decision was issued in this matter on May 2, 2001 dealing with the allegations of a violation of section 149. There are other matters referred to in the application. The Board directs the applicant to advise whether any portion of the remainder of this application should proceed. If the applicant has not done so on or before July 6, 2001, the application will be deemed to be terminated in respect of all other issues arising in the application. If the applicant does wish to proceed, it is directed to advise the Board what aspects of the application it wishes to pursue and the relief it now seeks.
