DECISION OF THE BOARD; May 18, 2001
A telephone conference was held on May 17, 2001 with respect to Board File Nos. 3808-00-R, 3254-00-R and 3309-00-R. Board File No. 0483-01-U was not part of that discussion as some of the responding parties were not represented in the conference.
A hearing has been scheduled in Board File No. 0483-01-U on May 30, and possibly June 7 and 8, before the same panel of the Board which hears the other three applications. The issues to be addressed on May 30, 2001 are:
Whether Board File No. 0483-01-U should be heard at the same time as the other three applications;
What issues arise from the three (or four) applications;
In what order those issues will be determined;
Any requests for production of documents any of the parties has for any of the other parties.
