This is an application brought pursuant to section 133 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995. By letter dated May 18, 2001 the applicant has requested that the Board schedule this matter with Board File Nos. 3582-00-R, 3746-00-U, 3747-00-U, 3748-00-U and 0159-01-U which are listed for hearing on June 18, 2001. The applicant is prepared to waive the time limits under the Act.
The responding party is hereby directed to file any representations in respect of this request by no later than Friday, May 25, 2001. Any such representations must be delivered to the applicant at the same time. Any reply from the applicant is to be filed by no later than Tuesday, May 29, 2001 at which time the Board will deal with the request based on the material then before it.
