Decision of the Board; December 10, 2001
Decision
1The Board is in receipt of a letter dated December 20, 2001 from counsel for UFCW Canada.
2It appears that there was an error in the Board’s decision dated December 7, 2001. Accordingly, the Board hereby amends that decision so that the names on all of the ballots shall read “UFCW Canada”.
3The Board also hereby amends its voting constituency, in accordance with counsel’s letter, to remove the exclusion for warehouse maintenance and janitorial employees. Ballots cast by these employees shall be segregated. Any issues regarding this amendment can be raised at the hearing, if detailed in post vote submissions in accordance with the Board’s Rules and decision dated December 5, 2001.
