1This is an application brought pursuant to section 96 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, S.O. 1995 c.l, as amended (the “Act”) alleging that the responding party has breached section 74 of the Act.
2By decision dated September 6, 2001 the applicant was directed to serve the union with the application.
3The union has indicated that such serve has not been made.
4As service has not been made as of this date, the application therefore has not been served in accordance with the rules of the Board. As a result this application is hereby terminated.
