Decision
The Board is in receipt of an adjournment request from counsel for Wildfire Grille on the basis that counsel is unavailable. The Ministry of Labour has consented to the adjournment request. The consent of the applicant has not been obtained.
The Board does not adjourn scheduled hearings to accommodate counsel. This matter is a very straightforward one that another lawyer could easily assume. The request for an adjournment is denied.
