1This is an application brought pursuant to section 96 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, S.O. 1995, c.1 as amended (the “Act”) alleging that the responding party has breached section 74 of the Act.
2Though the certificate of service accompanying this application indicates that the application was sent both to the responding party and the employer by regular mail on July 18, 2001, both the responding party and the employer have written the Board that they have not received a copy of such application.
3In the circumstances the applicant is directed to serve a copy of such application both on the responding party and the employer.
