It has come to the Board’s attention that there is a typographical error in its decision dated June 14, 2001 in this matter. The reference to subsection 82.4 of the ESA at paragraph 4 of that decision is corrected to read subsection 82.3(4) of the ESA and the reference to subsection 82.3 of the ESA at paragraph 5 is corrected to read subsection 82.3(1) of the ESA.
