1This is an employer appeal filed pursuant to section 68 of the Employment Standards Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. E.14, as amended (“the Act”) against Order to Pay No. 56221 issued by an Employment Standards Officer on March 26, 2001. By decision dated October 4, 2001 and for the reasons expressed therein, the Board dismissed the application.
2The Board is in receipt of documents from the applicant dated October 1, 2001 but received by the Board on October 10, 2001, after the Board’s October 4, 2001 decision was released.
3These documents do not constitute a request for reconsideration nor do they provide anything that would lead the Board to change its October 4, 2001 decision. That decision stands and these documents will not be considered further by the Board.
