By letter dated May 29, 2001, counsel for Superior Greenstone District Association for Community Living (“SGDACL”) requests an extension until June 28, 2001 to file its submissions in this matter, on the basis that a differently constituted panel of the Board granted the Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local 3426 a similar extension.
The hearing in this matter is scheduled for June 26, 2001. Accordingly, the deadline for the filing of SGDACL’s submissions is hereby extended to June 22, 2001.
