1This is an employer application filed pursuant to section 68 of the Employment Standards Act (the “Act”) requesting review of Order to Pay No. 56475 dated February 15, 2001 issued by Employment Standards Officer D. Rawlick-Bradley.
2By letter dated April 26, 2001 the Registrar of the Board requested the Ministry of Labour to provide the following documents: a copy of the Order to Pay, name and address of the employee, the Officer’s narrative report and work sheets (where applicable).
3The Board file indicates the matter may have been referred to a collection agency. The Ministry of Labour is hereby directed to advise the Board as to the status of this matter by Tuesday, July 31, 2001.
