DECISION OF THE BOARD; November 27, 2001
- By decision dated October 30, 2001 the Board directed the applicant to provide proof of the requisite payments with respect to the following Orders to Pay:
No. 57739 issued June 26, 2001 in the amount of $3,937.76. This order relates to Deka Hashi and Abia Ali in Board File No. 1391-01-ES and Employment Practices Branch File No. 32007548.
No. 57639 issued August 24, 2001 in the amount of $1,331.00. This order relates to Hawa Hashi Ali in Board File No. 1893-01-ES and Employment Practices Branch File No. 32007715.
Paragraph 10 of the Board’s decision stated that the applications for review “…..will be deemed to be terminated without further notice to the parties unless the applicant provides the Board with proof of the requisite payments of the above Orders to Pay within ten (10) days of the date of this decision.”
The Official Receipt No. 63780 issued by the Ministry of Labour on November 13, 2001 indicates the applicant paid $2,092.89 in respect of the Order to Pay No. 57739. This amount together with the earlier payment of $1,844.87 totals $3,937.76, the amount of the Order to Pay in Board File No. 1391-01-ES.
With respect to Board File No. 1893-01-ES the applicant has not provided the Board with proof of the requisite payment.
DISPOSITION
Board File No. 1391-01-ES with respect to the review of Order to Pay No. 57739 will proceed.
Board File No. 1893-01-ES with respect to the review of Order to Pay No. 57639 has been terminated pursuant to paragraph 10 of the Board’s decision in this matter dated October 30, 2001.
