[1]. This is an application for the termination of bargaining rights.
[2]. By decision dated September 5, 2001 the Board directed the applicant to advise the board what it wished to do with the application by October 10, 2001. The Board also determined that if the applicant did not advise the Board of its intentions the application would be terminated.
[3]. The applicant has not advised the Board of its intentions as disclosed by the Board’s decision. Accordingly, this application is hereby terminated.
