DECISION OF THE BOARD; July 24, 2001
[1]. The parties to this application under section 127.2 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, S.O. 1995, c. 1, as am. for a declaration terminating the bargaining rights of the responding parties have agreed that the responding parties may file their reply on the earlier of August 20, 2001 or at least seven days before the hearing date.
[2]. The Board, having regard to the agreement of the parties, hereby extends the date for the responding parties to file their reply to August 20, 2001 or such later time as the parties may agree, but in any event, not less than seven days prior to the hearing that is scheduled in this matter.
