DECISION OF THE BOARD; November 5, 2001
1. The Elementary Teachers’ Federation of Ontario (the “union”), one of the responding parties, opposes the applicant’s request for a suspension of the Inspector’s Order that is the subject of the appeal in Board File No. 1977-01-HS. The union’s reasons are set out in its submissions dated November 1, 2001.
2. The applicant by letter dated November 1, 2001 requested an extension to file its response to the union’s submissions until November 7, 2001.
3. In the circumstances the Board extends the time for responding to the union’s submissions until the close of business on Wednesday, November 7, 2001.
