DECISION OF THE BOARD; July 3, 2001
1Having regard to a settlement entered into by the parties dated June 29, 2001, the Board hereby makes the following orders and declarations:
(i) the Board declares that Board File No. 0772-01-G and Board File No. 0915-01-G are consolidated;
(ii) the Board declares that 1316810 Ontario Limited carrying on business in the unregistered name Dynamic Building (hereinafter “1316810 Ontario Limited”) is bound to the Carpenters Metal Framing Collective Agreement effective May 1, 2001 to April 30, 2004 (hereinafter the “Collective Agreement”);
(iii) the Board declares that 1316810 Ontario Limited violated the Collective Agreement by failing to pay benefits for the months of March, April and May, 2001 in the amount of $662.00, $993.00 and $863.40 respectively;
(iv) the Board orders 1316810 Ontario Limited to forthwith pay to the applicant in trust the amount of $2,518.40.
