1This is an application brought pursuant to section 96 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, S.O. 1995, c.1, as amended (the "Act") alleging that the responding party has breached section 74 of the Act.
2In a decision dated July 6, 2001 the Board sought submissions from the applicant as to why this application should not be dismissed.
3Having considered the submissions filed, the Board directs this matter to the Registrar to schedule a consultation hearing. All preliminary issues raised by the responding party may be argued at such hearing.
