Having regard to the agreement of the parties dated March 22, 2001, Board File Numbers 3293-00-U, 3294-00-U; 3317-00-G and 3320-00-G, are hereby withdrawn with leave of the Board.
Also having regard to the agreement, the Board declares that the responding parties Boemer Anderson Construction Limited and Heritage Memorials of Perth County Ltd. are related employers for the purposes of section 1(4) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, S.O. 1995, c. 1, as amended (the “Act”) . Board File Numbers 3319-00-R and 3322-00-R are therefore terminated.
