Decision of the Board
1The Board is in receipt of correspondence dated November 8, 2001 from counsel for the Ministry of Labour, which was copied to the other parties.
2In that correspondence the Ministry of Labour submits that this application should be summarily dismissed as moot given the Ministry’s understanding that Alloy Wheels International (Canada) Ltd. is bankrupt and, as such, the ergonomic concerns that were the reason for the appeal has stopped.
3The Board directs the other parties to file any submissions in response to this request by November 14, 2001.
