DECISION OF THE BOARD; April 26, 2001
This is an application pursuant to the Employment Standards Act for review of an order to pay issued by an Employment Standards Officer.
The parties have filed Minutes of Settlement dated April 18, 2001 in which the applicant withdraws this application and agrees that the money held in trust shall be distributed to the claimants in accordance with the Officer’s Narrative report dated June 16, 2000.
Disposition
The Board directs the Director of Employment Standards to disburse the money held in trust to the claimants identified in the Employment Standards Officer in the amounts specified in the report dated June 16, 2000. Interest on the money shall be distributed to the recipients pro rata.
Having regard to the Minutes of Settlement, this application is terminated.
