Decision
1Fifteen minutes prior to the commencement of the consultation scheduled for this application, the Board received a fax from the office of counsel for the intervenor advising that he was ill and was seeking an adjournment. The applicant asked the Board to award costs to him if the adjournment was granted as this would be the third adjournment in this matter within two months. The Board ruled that it would not award costs in this matter. That ruling is consistent with the Board’s jurisprudence with respect to past requests for costs. However the Board set a date for the consultation to take place on May 29, 2001, at 9:30 a.m. in the “Board Room”, 2nd Floor, 505 University Avenue, Toronto, Ontario.
