2By letter dated December 11, 2001 counsel for Allied Construction Employees Local 1030, United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America requests that these matters be heard together and that the hearing now scheduled for February 5, 2002 in Board File Number 0409-01-R be adjourned. Counsel advises that he is not available on that date.
3This request is denied. In the event that all parties agree to have the matter adjourned and rescheduled the Board would likely accommodate that request. However, failing such consent and agreement, the Board will not grant the intervenor’s request in these circumstances which would delay the hearing of one of the applications for certification.
