DECISION OF THE BOARD; September 27, 2001
These matters were scheduled to be heard on the same day October 10, 2001 and October 11, 2001.
Having reviewed the files, the Board hereby cancels the hearing dates for October 10, 2001 and October 11, 2001. The Board however schedules new dates for hearing/consultation for November 22, 2001 and November 23, 2001.
In a letter dated September, 25, 2001 counsel for the Canadian Union of Public Employees seeks an adjournment of Board File No. 3893-00-R and suggests that all parties appear to agree to such adjournment.
The Board is not prepared to adjourn this matter at this time without the consent of all parties.
These matters are therefore scheduled to be heard at a hearing/consultation commencing at 9:30 a.m. at the Board’s premises located at 505 University Avenue, 2nd Floor, Toronto, Ontario on November 22, 2001 and 23, 2001.
Any issue concerning the request for adjournment of Board File No. 3893-00-R may be raised with the panel(s) assigned to these mattes, if such issue has not been agreed to by all parties prior to the dates set for hearing.
