Pursuant to my decision of September 14, 2001, the Labour Relations Officer assigned to consult with the applicant and the responding party regarding the applicant’s legal representation reports that the parties have reached agreement on the identity of the legal counsel who will advance the termination grievance at arbitration. Accordingly, as there are no further issues regarding implementation of the Board’s decision of June 11, 2001, this matter is terminated.
