Having regard to the Board’s decision dated April 17, 2001 and further to correspondence from counsel for L & L Leroux Contracting Inc. dated October 10, 2001, the hearing in Board File No. 0250-01-G scheduled for Friday, October 12, 2001 is hereby adjourned. The Board directs that Board File No. 0250-01-G shall be scheduled to be heard on October 25, 2001 along with Board File No. 0366-01-R.
