DECISION OF THE BOARD; April 17, 2001
It has come to the Board’s attention that paragraph 5 of its decision of April 5, 2001 in this matter is incorrect. Accordingly, that paragraph is hereby revoked and the following substituted therefor:
- The attention of the parties and the employees is directed to the provisions of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, as amended (the “Act”) and more particularly to section 10(3), as it may relate to any future application for certification.
