DECISION OF THE BOARD; June 18, 2001

1. The style of cause is hereby amended to reflect the correct name of the responding party: “Ontario Public Service Employees Union”

2. This is an application under section 63 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 (the “Act”) in which the applicant seeks a declaration that the responding party no longer represents the employees in the bargaining unit for which it is the bargaining agent.

3. In its response, the responding party states that it no longer wishes to represent the employees in the bargaining unit for which it is the bargaining agent.

4. In view of the responding party's position, and pursuant to section 63(17) of the Act, the Board hereby declares that the responding party no longer represents the employees of Community Living N. Frontenac, in the bargaining unit for which it is the bargaining agent.
