DECISION OF THE BOARD
1Pursuant to the directions contained in my decision of August 29, 2001, the applicant advises that there has been no agreement reached with the responding party (“the union”) with respect to the applicant’s legal representation. The union disputes that contention, arguing that an agreement was previously reached.
2I hereby direct the Manager, Field Services to assign a Labour Relations Officer (“the Officer”) to consult with the applicant and the union regarding the assignment of the applicant’s legal counsel. The Officer is to report back to the Board on or before September 28, 2001. The Board will consider the Officer’s report and, if necessary, issue further directions.
