1This is an application pursuant to section 114(2) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, as amended (“the Act”) for a declaration that Ms. Donna Lafrance in the position of Administration Officer is not an employee pursuant to the Act.
2Having regard to the letter from the responding party dated July 6, 2001 in which it advises that it is withdrawing its objection to the exclusion request, the Board declares that Ms. Donna Lafrance in the position of Administration Officer is not an employees pursuant to the Act.
