1This is an application regarding employee status under section 114(2) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 (“the Act”).
2Under cover of a letter dated December 13, 2001, a response in this matter was filed and the Board was advised as follows:
I am counsel to the responding party Canadian Union of Public Employees and its Local 4366, for purposes of this application. In the application we are misidentified as “CUPE Local 932, Milton Sub-Unit”.
3Having regard to the foregoing, the style of cause is hereby amended to reflect the correct name of the responding party “Canadian Union of Public Employees and its Local 4366”.
