1. It has come to the Board’s attention that there was an error in paragraph 4 of the Board’s French decision in this matter dated October 19, 2001.

2. Accordingly, paragraph 4 of the Board’s French decision is hereby amended to read as follows:

3. L’intimé conteste l’estimation, faite par le requérant, du nombre d’employés compris dans l’unité de négociation proposée par le requérant. De plus, l’intimé propose une unité de négociation différente de celle que propose le requérant. L’intimé donne un avis en vertu de l’article 8.1 de la Loi.

4. The responding party is directed to post a copy of this decision adjacent to the Board’s decision dated October 19, 2001.
