DECISION OF THE BOARD; May 25, 2001
1Counsel for the National Automobile, Aerospace, Transportation & General Workers Union of Canada (CAW-Canada) (“CAW”) and Julie Aschaber has requested that these applications be heard together as both relate to the same subject matter. Counsel for SEIU Local 183 opposes that request on the basis that the two applications are filed by different applicants and the respondents in each case are different.
2Having reviewed the applications therein, the Board directs that these applications be listed for hearing before the same panel of the Board. The parties may raise with the panel assigned to hear these matters whether the applications will be heard together, consecutively or otherwise.
3These applications are referred to the Registrar.
