This is an application brought pursuant to section 43 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, S.O. 1995, c.1, as amended (the "Act").
In a decision dated May 25, 2001 the hearing scheduled for this matter was adjourned sine die until a final decision had been rendered in Board File No. 0498-01-R.
On August 3, 2001, a decision was rendered in Board File No. 0498-01-R. The Board in that file declared that the Service Employees’ International Union, Local 210 no longer represents the employees of Saint Elizabeth’s Health Care Supportive Care Workers of Huron County.
As the applicant no longer holds bargaining rights with the responding party, this matter is hereby terminated.
