By correspondence dated June 7, 2001, the responding party advised the Board that it has not received a copy of the application contrary to the information provided by the applicant in the Certificate of Delivery filed with the Board.
In the circumstances, the Board directs the applicant to deliver forthwith to the responding party the application and other documents required under the Board’s Rules of Procedure and to file a further Certificate of Delivery confirming same. The responding party will have ten (10) days from receipt of this material to file its response.
