1This is an application for decertification brought pursuant to the construction industry provisions of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, S. O. 1995 ch.1 (the “Act”). The Registrar is directed to set this matter down for two days of hearing to determine the challenges to the three individuals whose status as members of the bargaining unit is disputed. The applicant is directed to ensure that Doug Tschirhart is in attendance on the first day set for the hearing of these matters. The parties are directed to confer to determine whether it is necessary to call the other two individuals as witnesses, or whether they can agree on the facts with respect to what work they were doing on the application date and the time taken for each work function.
