Decision
This is a referral of grievance to arbitration pursuant to section 133 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 (the “Act”). There has been some confusion with respect to the Board’s confirmation of filing of referral of grievance to arbitration and notice of hearing (Form B-67). The Board has inadvertently set a hearing date beyond the statutory requirement of 14 days from the date of filing.
By this decision the Board confirms that the hearing in this matter will take place in the “Board Room”, 2^nd^ Floor, 505 University Avenue, Toronto, Ontario on Thursday, April 26, 2001, at 9:30 a.m. The hearing date of May 4, 2001 set out in Form B-67 is hereby cancelled.
The Board notes that the responding party has filed a request for hearing and notice of intent to defend/participate (Form A-87).
