1This is an application pursuant to section 96 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 alleging violation of section 74. The matter was scheduled for a consultation to be held on November 22, 2001 at 9:30 a.m., and the parties were so informed by the Registrar by letter dated October 11, 2001. The applicant failed to appear by 10:00 a.m. The responding party requested that the application be dismissed. The applicant has the onus of proving his complaint against the union.
