The Board has received correspondence from the intervenor asking that the ballots cast in the representation vote of April 6, 2001 be counted today as the responding party has failed to file any submissions in this matter. The intervenor may raise the issues raised in its correspondence of today’s date with the panel at the commencement of the hearing on May 7, 2001. The Board notes that it would not be possible to convene the representatives of the parties and to count the ballots today.
