DECISION OF THE BOARD
1By decision dated August 9, 2001, I outlined that the employer and a number of the employees affected by this application had entered into Minutes of Settlement. The Board sent the decision to all the employees, at their last known address. Employees were invited to object to the Minutes of Settlement within 21 day of that decision, failing which, the Board would direct the implementation of the Minutes of Settlement.
2The objection period has passed, and no objections have been received. The Board directs the Director, Employment Standards, to pay out to the employees in Group II the sum of $4,364.39, in the manner set out in the Minutes of Settlement, and remit $13,093.16 to the employer.
3This matter is terminated.
