DECISION OF THE BOARD; September 6, 2001
This is an application brought pursuant to section 96 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, S.O. 1995, c.1 as amended (the “Act”) alleging that the responding party has breached section 74 of the Act.
By decision dated August 21, 2001 the applciant was directed to serve a copy of this application on both the responding party and the employer.
The applicant has written the Board that the employer has acknowledged receipt of the application but that he was unable to serve the union as its office is unmanned.
The applicant is directed to send a copy of this application to the Union by registered mail and notify the Board of such service.
