[1]. The applicant and the Ministry of Correctional Services, as a result of mediation efforts undertaken by the Board with their consent, entered into Minutes of Settlement (filed) resolving all issues arising from all proceedings between them that were commenced prior to November 21, 2001. The applicant agreed, based on the Minutes of Settlement, that he was withdrawing these proceedings.
[2]. The appeal in Board File No. 3025-97-HS and the applications in Board File Nos. 3516-97-OH; 2877-00-OH and 1360-01-OH are hereby withdrawn at the request of the applicant.
