Decision
1This is an application filed under sections 63 and 1(4) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, S.O. 1995, c.1 (the “Act”).
2By letter dated June 14, 2001 counsel for the responding party advises that the Notice to Employees of application has, through inadvertence, not been posted as required by the Registrar’s direction.
3Having regard to these circumstances, the employer is hereby directed to post a new Notice to Employees as enclosed with this decision and to provide confirmation of said posting forthwith thereafter. The terminal date in this application is hereby extended to July 3, 2001.
