1The Adjudicator/Referee did not receive submissions from Algo by May 29, 2001 as directed in my decision of May 14, 2001. Therefore, pursuant to that decision I find that there are no further issues in dispute in File No. 2163-97-ES. I also find, pursuant to my decision of May 14, 2001 that the assessment in the Order to Pay with respect to Ms. Torossian should be increased to $5,225.00.

DISPOSITION

2The Adjudicator/Referee hereby confirms the Order to Pay and directs that the monies be disbursed to the individual claimants in accordance with their entitlement as assessed by the Employment Standards Officer

File No. 0500-98-ES

3The Adjudicator/Referee finds that Silva Torossian is entitled to the amount of $5,225.00 for termination pay in lieu of notice and severance pay. She will receive $1,560.00 pursuant to the Order to Pay. I therefore hereby direct Algo Group Inc. to pay to the Director of Employment Standards a further $3,665.00 on behalf of Ms. Torossian forthwith.
