1By letter dated October 23, 2001, counsel for the responding party acknowledges that the Notice to Employees of Application (Form B-18) was not posted in the responding party’s workplace.
2The Board hereby directs the Registrar to complete an amended Form B-18 in respect of this application, indicating a terminal date ten days from the date of the amended Form B-18. Copies of the amended Form B-18 are to be issued to the parties.
3Upon receipt of its copy, the responding party is directed to make sufficient copies of the amended Form B-18, as well as the application and the notice of the hearing of December 6, 2001, and post them adjacent to one another in locations in the workplace where they are likely to come to the attention of employees affected by this matter, including former employees of the Smith Falls Water Commission who, as of the date of the filing of the application, were in the employ of the responding party.
