Decision
This is an application for a review of a decision of an Employment Standards officer pursuant to section 68 of the Employment Standards Act, R.S.O. 1990 ch. E-14 (“the Act”). This application is withdrawn at the request of the applicant. At this point in the proceeding, there is no need to seek the Board’s leave, and the Act does not specifically require the Board’s leave to withdrawn an application. The effect of this withdrawal on any subsequent claim (if there is one) need not be determined at this time. It will, if necessary, be dealt with in the event that any such claim is made in the future.
